How it Works?
We will provide you a small program applet to include in your website, which will place a ‘Keep this page!’ button on your website that will allow your users to save your web page content by clicking on it. The button can be placed on an unlimited number of your web pages and you can choose which pages you wish to place the button on (See sample screen shot below).
Where the page content is saved:
On the Users’ PC
If you wish the content to be saved on the users’ desktop, the first time the button is clicked on, the user is prompted to download Keepoint 7, the free version of Keepoint; the next time onwards the user clicks the button, the page content is saved on his/her PC.
Saving the page content on the user’s PC is a very innovative approach introduced by Saora and it facilitates the website providers with a way to provide the benefits of ‘harvesting’ their content as it were without incurring the costs of putting up the servers and maintaining millions of users·data.
We also provide you, the content publisher, with the save statistics, i.e., the number of URLs saved from your website, with many different reports, which allows you to evaluate your content and position your services as per your goals.
On Your Server
If, however, you wish to have the users' selections saved on your server, we shall license you a server side, program, fully equipped with tools for the users to save and access the content from your designated website, the save statistics and much more. The server side program can be customized to your specifications.
Additional Revenue Opportunities
In both these cases, of saving on the User’s PC as well as your server, we have many tools to embed advertising mechanisms and create revenue generation opportunities, or simply utilize these tools for your own brand enhancement.
